I don't know about getting out of it, they've done this BOGO special every year since introducing the tires. I have a set but haven't made any passes with them so I can't comment.

We have used them from 8 second cars to 12 second cars and they have been some of the best tires we have ever run. Run right to the limits, and still great 60'. Very impressed with them.

I use the 27.5x4.5-15 front tires. I like them alot.A freind is running the 28x9-15 slicks. He says so far he has gotten twice as many runs out of them as the prevoius set of BF drag radials (not street driven) or the set of M/T's before that.
This is a sale that Toyo seems to have every year.-Tom.

I'm glad you started this post. I'm trying to see if I can buy a set of slicks here locally. I talked to a dealer in PA. this morning, he said shipping here would be about $50.00.
I would like to hear from some racers that have actually used these tires. The closest size to my M.T.'s is 1.5" narrower. I don't know if this would make much difference in my 60'.
