Just curious as to how many of you drill your dist. caps for venting and if you drill bet. each post or just on top. I used to drill a hole bet. each post but setting timing can be a "shocking" experience if you know what I mean. Thankxxxxxx

If it doesn't miss at high RPM when hot lappng the car it ain't needed Drilling the caps was a bandaid, let the ionized air out, before they started venting the caps

used to do it running points and an MSD - but since going electronic have not done it. It used to make setting the timing real fun! Oh and never spray WD-40 around the thing either

Thankxxx guys, guess I can go back to setting the timing w/it running instead of having to shut it down, twist the dizzy THEN check it.
