I would think it would , wasn't N96 an option on the cuda , it is on a challenger and it fits under it .

N96 was an option on 340, 383, 440 & 440+6 Cudas but Std on a Hemicuda... But I've seen bulge hoods on Cudas with Hemi's & the stock aircleaner...
