What a great week end. Great weather, great friends and good time. Great to see Bob Orlo and Dan fabian in the mw wedge final with Bob over Dan. And me winning hemi/wedge race on sat. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Well I could have done better on sunday but!!!! making the last past a 3.40 am this old man was not in good shape to be sharp on Sun morning. Thats my excuse and sticking to it. Also to see my brother back into racing and bring out his 65 sat convertable and going low 12's was awsume. Can't wait to finish his new race car for next year. So congrats to Big Bob and Dan on thier win and runner up. Jake

Gary, It's good to hear that you and Orlo both won something at Norwalk. I only wish I had been there to see it. I haven't been able to make any races this year, and I need to get back to it, just to keep in touch with what's happening. As I've told you many times, my goal is to get back into a nostalgia car somehow, so we'll see what happens next year.

Thanks everyone.That thing threw me for a loop on 4 runs going real lean on top end for some reason had to get out of it. Went threw the fuel system and carbs and could not see anything. But all of a sudden it picked back up and ran fine the rest of the race. I thought that we might be able to do some more testing before the end of season but it does not look that way. I am busy putting my motor together and dynoed and if everything is good I will take my car out before the end. Jake
