What a great weekend, seeing everyone and great racing. It couldn't get any better, the weather was great also. That everyone had a good time and got home safe is important.Pittsburghracer(John) almost gave a heart attack but after I knew he was not hurt and talked with him I was quite relieved. We enjoyed the event and want to thank everyone for sharing the weekend with us. There are too many to mention so we will just say "thanks everyone"

Bob, great seeing you and the team. Thanks also, for you and Chaz (the Guru), laying your hands on my heap. I'm sure it'll improve drastically. Thanks also for the ability to now represent one of the greatest race teams in the area. Glad my buddy could hook you guys up with a new driveshaft. Luckily Pappa Smith knew I lived in the area. Thank you.

Thank you Bob for the perfect attendance race.
Melissa lost first round but Chasity went 4 rounds. It was the thrill of her weekend to take Linda Gibson out in the perfect attendance race. Melissa was busy in the gambler's race so it was good she lost first round lol. She did her best pass of the season this weekend 11.08 121 mph .153 60 foot. We are looking at 10.90's next race season. Would like to get Chasity's down to 11.90's next season. See you next year again thanks for everything you do for the race community.

I saw Bob George drive by on a pit vehicle...and he didn't even know who I was. I was incognito.

When I got to Vic's pit spot,I was amazed by the line of trailers that had BGR on them that were next to him.I thought I was at a track rental for Bob George.
I was going to pick on him about being the next John Force, having so many cars out there, but really it is a pretty stand up thing to do.Sponsoring that many cars/racers has to knock a big chunk out of his budget.....way to go Bob!!

BGR,the "John Force of bracket racing"I heard that so often, but the truth to be told it is about all those racers and not anyone individual. All those race cars and trailers running the BGR banner are special people. They are the racers who dedicate their time and knowledge helping other racers at the shop,at the track and a tightly knit group that is more like a family that extends their efforts to everyone they come in contact with a smile and respect. The professionalism and "family values they exhibit" as well as "family atmosphere"they bring to the track. Many will notice that many are real families racing together and others are "extended family members".It doesn't take long to realize what BGR is all about and doesn't take long to understand that it certainly isn't about myself but racers carrying on the legesy and philosophy of my late son.Robert Curtis George, better known as Curt to many.Curt started the BGR Team(Bob George Racing) on the premicies of "racers helping racers, playing it forward".All the BGR family of racers and myself are just his humble servants, carrying one his philosophy and legesy an honering his memory. No one will ever let the money be a guiding issue and respecting Curt's memory and helping racers and being part of a team with these special qualities and motovation are "priceless"To all the BGR racers and to Curt's memory.
