Ok I have a 70 RR I want to repaint the plastic pieces on my lower dash black. I know I am using the Fusion Semi Gloss Black on the Guage panel pieces and was wondering if I should use the same on the bottom pieces? Or should it be more glossy?

Also someone in the cars past life drilled holes in these pieces for aftermarket guages. Has anyone ever filled these holes in and made it look ok with the pebble grain?

On my green-interior '70, they were a relatively low gloss, basically satin.
Patching gauge holes in pebble grain invisibly would be extremely difficult if not impossible; why not just buy a replacement piece?

I agree with topside, plugging holes in pebble grain dash parts or consoles is painstaking work and will be noticeable after the repair - no matter how careful you are.
