Budman OP member B Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 161 Logansport, Indiana	Thinking of buying a mini starter for my 10:1 comp. 440. Are there any you would recomend or stay away from? All MOPARS & nothig else.

DAYCLONA I Live Here Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 18,160 Mass	Got 3 of the Powermaster units in use the oldest is about 7-8 yrs old, never any problems,...the newer Powermasters you can rotate/index the assy for header clearance,....about $200+ Summit racing

70Cuda383 Too Many Posts Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 21,345 Marysville, O-H-I-O	Yup, "high performance mini-starters" are the same as standard, stock, mass production late model starters. any Dakota, Durango, Ram, Van, Jeep, etc. with a 3.9L 5.2L or 5.9L motor has that "high performancem mini-starter" as the factory stock unit. buy a new one from the parts stores, a reman'd from the parts stores, or one out of a junk yard, any of those options are cheaper than buying one for $200 from a race shop Photobucket sucks
