http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HDA-3647/?rtype=10You could install two of these in tandem and use one for the 195 and the other for the 205-210. Plus, they're adjustable, so if you realize that arrangement isn't the best, you can change the temps.
They're relatively cheap and they utilize a thermal probe instead of a thread in sensor. Although, Hayden offers the same thing with a thread in sensor.
It's a bit more wiring (the unit needs 12V and a ground to activate it's relay), but then you'd just run the Common of the relay to ground, and the NO contact of it to your Volvo controller for speed1 and speed2.
Your other option is to get thread in sensors. Con with that is that you might have a hard time finding a spot for two sensors so they are both in the same range and area. Pro with that is less wiring.
