I have been researching tires lately and noticed that Hoosier offers the Quick Time Pro in a 26 x 9.5 with an 8" tread for a 14" rim. The required wheel width is 6" to 8". The tire is measured on an 8" wide rim. Do any members run these on a 6" wide rim? Are there any issues running a tire on a rim smaller than what it is measured on.

We run the Hoosier QTP tires on my sons Dart and they are the 26 x 9.5 x 15 as we run the 15" wheel. He uses a 7" rim which has worked fine for us but an 8" wheel will give more tire track. You are pushing it on a 6" wheel but I did run 9 x 28 slicks on a 6" wheel once. It had alot of sidewall buldge. Ron
