I am building a 75 440 for my 68 Charger and want to reuse my pulleys, Alternator brackets, 68 factory A/C system, power steering unit. Will the old stuff off of the 68 383 bolt on to the 440?

Yes you should be fine, if you use everything off the 68.

As long as the alternator bracket has the two holes one for Rb and one for B I think is all!

the RB decks are going to be ~3/4" inch higher on each bank which'll raise each head that amt so you MAY need different brackets for anything that bolts into the the threaded bosses on the front on the heads like the alt on the pass front and the PS if it bolts onto the head on the dr side.
