Was thinking about holley black pump dead heading the system. Will this work? Or do i need a return?

I recently built a fuel system that dead headed to the throttle body but behind it was the full return style system. Works well with a carb or efi. That way there's only a small portion that's dead headed.

Most alcohol experts will say you need 350gph w/a return. Some have gotten away w/ 2 holley blacks and a large port dead head regulator. If your using a front mounted fuel cell it would most likley work. But it would be marginal.
