Iam building a XR P7 turbo engine. The combustion chambers are 43cc. To get the desired compression would it hurt to have the piston down in the hole .030 to .050. Will be running E85 fuel 106 turbo blow through with intercooler. Thanks for the reply's. Brian W.

IMO keep some compression in it to keep piston integrity..with a 106 on those heads then killer power can be made at lower boost levels.....doesn't sound like a street car so the compression will only help....... 10 to 1 sounds good

65 Barracuda
All aluminum Indy HEMI with some boost!

No not a street car. Tube chassis 69 barracuda. Was on the turbo forums but got too much flack for asking questions there a while back. This adventure is been exciting and informative. Called dutweiller tonight and got some insight on what needs to happen compression wise. Was just looking for some mopar oriented oppinions. Thanks for replying though. I would like to talk some time if that is possible. Im your number if you would like and i will keep in touch. Thanks Brian W.
