i have a lift off 6 pack i got with it, need to order up the cowl scoop and get it bonded to the hood

A/M class has a weight penalty for a forward facing scoop 50 lbs.

Only for non-OE scoops. If there's anything A-body that's forward facing it's legal with no penalty.

It would be 2950 with the sissy sticks Vic. Base weight for smallblock is 2900.
