Modern Cylinder hands down..He has done several sets for me, and his stuff performs well too.

He's can be hard to reach on the phone...Email him or PM him on here....
He usually has a end of the year special if he can get enough entry's.
I have done this twice, and he has the best prices on Indy stuff.
As far as flow numbers go, he should get 350ish cfm out of those heads.
I ran a set of -1's he worked on that ran good.
He also performed the port work on a stock set of Hemi heads...ended up getting 460cfm out of stock valve size, stock port Hemi heads
He has a great following here, and stands behind his work..

Indy, Hughes Engines, or Modern.

You can also call Best Machine or Muscle Motors. I'm not sure who does their port work but they can get it done for you. Porter Racing Heads does really nice hand porting. Dwayne at PRH is a great guy to work with and he'll help you out with any valve train issues also.
