I had to replace the brake pressure differential switch in my distribution block/combination valve and when I removed the old one no fluid came out. I wasn't really sure if there should have been some or not but since I also had to replace the master cylinder at the same time I need to bleed the brakes anyway.

My question is do I need to do anything special to bleed that combination valve/distribution block or can I just bench bleed the new m/c and then bleed the lines like normal?

Bleed like normal EXCEPT you need to purge enough fluid to ensure that any air that far back in system will make its way out.

hook em up/bench bleed the M/C/ bleed one half (fronts or rears) at a time and I'd start w the discs up & get them squared away then the rear. May need to pull/hold the pin on the prop valve if yours has one (might be on 73 up)

thanks, the combo valve/block I think is a generic GM brass style like inline tube sells...I may have even bought it from them...

Just curious, should there have been fluid coming out?
