I am finally at the install point with the rear suspension and need a little help again. I have the ladder bars going right under the frame rails and was wondering were is the best place to mount the coil overs so some input and pics would be great if you guys wouldn't mind.

Your build looks like its coming along nicely. Through S&W, Bickel, and the Dave Morgan chassis book they all seem to want the shock as vertical as possible and the top angled 5-10deg back to allow for room. Most all the places sell upper shock mounts with three mounting locations and run a tube crossmember right above the mount.
