Just recieved a set of Rancho 9000XL shocks. Got a great deal on the set. But both ends are long studs. What needs to be done to installed on the rear of a Cuda? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and what a great forum.

It was a while ago when we fitted ours but for the tops we just used the stock bolts and the bottoms were also a bolt in. This was also when we changed to caltracks BTW.
I'm guessing the stock studs aren't long enough for the lower eye of the shock?

Should have put in more detail. Both ends of the shock have threaded studs sticking out. No eye ends on these shocks.

Then you're SOL. The proper "eye" ends should be tigged on but the heat will likely [Edited by Moparts - Family Friendly Site - Keep it clean] up the internals of the shock. You'll be lucky if they're even the right length.

Find out what their original application is, slap 'em on ebay and buy the right shocks with the proceeds of the sale (you may need to kick in a few bucks!). Free ain't always good!
