It does not look bad..but IMO it would look pretty good on a '71/74 b-body..
Where can you buy a shaker setup nowadays??

At one time I was thinking about putting a shaker on my car. I found all the parts on ebay including a repro fiberglass shaker scoop. Ended up finding a RR hood instead.

Buying a non-air grabber RoadRunner hood is super cheap ($100.00-$200.00) & ultra easy (4-bolts) compared with buying/adding a Shakker set-up. Even if you're buying the cheapest chinese plastic & tin pieces it'll still be many time more expensive then a stock RoadRunner hood, and a lot more work. Especially on any car other then an e-body as the baseplate/shakker height & angle probably isn't correct on anything else. Surely that influenced your decision making process. Also the 1973-74 RoadRunner bubble hoods had nice scoops, so in my mind there is no drawbacks. On a 1970 the RoadRunner/GTX "scoop" is pretty plain/boring. Before anyone busts my chops for saying that, yes, I do have a 1970 RoadRunner 383 4-speed. They need an Air Grabber hood at least, and the Air Grabber needs to be up 100% of the time.
That 1970 Charger looks AWESOME! I think it fits that car perfectly.
1969 Dodge Super Bee A12 (440 Six Pack, 4-speed, Dana 60 4.10)
1972 Plymouth Road Runner (400, 4-speed, 8.75" 3.23)
1974 Plymouth Duster 360 (360, 4-speed, 8.75" 3.23)

That's kinda just down right bada$$ cool! Looks like it belongs there. Didn't like it on the Charger earlier. But like it here.

?? I like the stock bludge hood better. If they weren't so expensive I would have bought one and used it for my Charger, like the yellow car.
