I was looking through the paperwork on my 1970 4 door sport satellite and came across this. is it standard practice to recieve this at purchase back in the day?

Every new car (for at least 1970 until?) had one in with the original owners manual packet.

yup that is where the paper was folded up in the owners manual. I personally have never seen one before. thanks for the input.
