Last fall I pulled my eng/trans out of my 89 D150 because the front trans seal was leaking.I cleaned the engine and replaced the seals and gaskets and painted the eng. I replaced all external seals and gaskets in the trans and everything looked good. When I ran it down the road the trans still leaked out of the inpection cover. I pulled the trans AGAIN and carried it to a local trans shop.He inspected it and replaced ALL seals and gaskets in the front of the trans and I reinstalled it. I can drive it for 15 minutes and park it on concrete and in 1 hour there will be a spot of fluid 8 inches in diameter. In other words it still LEAKS like Hell.Any suggestions? If it did not run so well I would set on fire.Trans Guys I need your help.Where can it be leaking so much?

most people are too lazy to replace that one.

I replaced ALL external gaskets and seals on the trans. The fluid is coming out of the inspection cover at the front of the trans!

Most cuases of multiple seal failures are a result of a worn bushing in the pump.

It could also be a cracked conv snout but my $$$$ is on the bushing causing the seal to wear prematurly.

I forgot to mention, the guy at the trans shop pulled the pump and replaced the bushing, gasket and front seal, He also checked for cracks. There is a small pipe plug below the pump housing,I pulled it and installed teflon tape on the threads. The torque converter neck was not grooved or pitted.I hate to pull it again but it runs and drives really good.I made a 425 round trip pulling a 70 RR on a trailer with no problems. Is there anything else that can leak on the front of the trans?
