After 5 years of living at the gated community/golf course and getting fined for everything under the sun we're finally getting out of that prison.They used to fine me 45.00 everytime I brought my enclosed trailer in to load for events and was only allowed 2 hours to loadunload it. We just got word we would be closing escrow at the end of August on our dream home/property. It's 4.89 acres and only has 1 neighbor !!!!!!.......we will be secluded pretty much as the river is a natural barrier....the house is around 2500 sqft currently but will be remodeled. Currently there is a 4 car 25x45 garage....but we're adding another 4 car garage and a 40x80 and 40x40 metal shop buildings.... The area along the road is getting a concrete launch pad and run out area to test customers cars and will have a full timing system for testing the sons jr dragster.Plans also call for an RC off road race track and a grassy park by the river for car shows.......a perfect 41st birthday present for me.....

If you zoom out you can see how far I'm actually moving...the golf course is on the left....moving around 3/4 of a mile away...lol

I sold my house at the top of the market and have been waiting for things to quit dropping around here before I buy again. I'll be looking for something real similar to what you just bought there. I want to live outside of town...but not so far that the wife hates driving the kids to everything.
