I know this topic has probably been brought up before, but last fall I put new carpet in my Coronet. Problem is it still is not taking shape to the floor. Is there an adhesive I can spray down first to make it stick?

I lightly applied some contact cement only in problem areas to hold down the carpet.

the carpet probably will never fit the floor properly. The only cure that I found and it worked perfectly I may add was to discard the junk carpet that I bought, did I say it was a trim parts carpet, and replace it with a carpet from Motoer Parts South. This carpet fit like a glove right out of the box!!
