2962354 is a 72 Challenger bumper support for 'rear bumper face bar' according to my 72 parts catalog. Couldn't find the other numbers.

A very similar carb was used on the 76-1980? international trucks with the 392 gas engine and the 404 gas engine in the old "Load Star" trucks.
That throttle linkage on the side has to be "cocked" in order for the throttle linkage to open all the way.
I have had them come back with no power complaint and look to see that linkage tripped and it only gives them part throttle.

With a heavy load it's real easy to over rev a truck engine like that. That carb was a must because I replaced one with a reg non gov carb and it was not good. The truck was too free reeving going down a hill. Went back to the correct gov carb. I have completely rebuilt those gas engines, 4 of them.
