kb73rr member Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 61 Brighton, MI, USA	Here are some pics of how I fixed mine 1) Before, grill cracked, chipped and some fins missing. http://www.muskie-lures.com/73roadrunner/grill.jpg 2) Cut out broken fins using a Dremmel. http://www.muskie-lures.com/73roadrunner/grillrepair_01.jpg 3) Made cardboard templates of missing pieces and fins. http://www.muskie-lures.com/73roadrunner/grillrepair_02.jpg 4) Fabricated new fins and pieces from Plexiglass. http://www.muskie-lures.com/73roadrunner/grillrepair_03.jpg 5) Fixed misc cracks and glued in fabricated pieces with superglue and JB Weld. Some re-inforcement from behind was necessary in a couple spots.
