I had blinkers and lights a week ago.

I installed a horn. Should not affect the blinkers.

Now, I have headlights, tailights, hazards, brake lights, but no blinkers.

The blinker lights in the dash are on, both of them. When I turn the lever for a blinker, the opposite light in the dash lights up.

Can the flasher relay be the culprit here?

Again, all the lights work properly, including the hazards, but no blinkers will work.

Oh, yeah, When I turn the blinker on, The front parking light on the side that should be blinking will light, but not flash and the taillight corresponding blinker will not light. Ideas?

with a complete lack of ideas - I would start at the blinker relay - it is separate from the hazard & cheep.

Also make sure the bulbs in the taillights are coming on - they need to come on in order for current to cause the light to "blink" - check and see if you have "brake" lights and running lights.

Also, try disconnecting the horn as it is the last thing you have changed.

Acting crazy is usually a sign of poor grounds. Having done recent work, I'd look carefully at the area you messed around in.

As an aid to you and anyone else who has blinker problems, get a wiring diagram and follow the wiring. If the parking/brake lights work, highlight the circuits. What's left is the stuff to check.

Well I found it. It is a ground under the dash that would seem to have nothing to do with the blinker circuit. The ground is for an added on gauge pod. I unwired the gauge pod in order to rewire it later. Somehow, the blinkers need that ground. Ugh.

Anyway, car is getting inspected today!
