When I bought my interior, I did not think that I would put armrests in the back. Changed my mind and now I need some measurements to put the holes in the right place in the panels. If some one has their panels off and could take some measurements for me I would sure be grateful to them. maybe a picture would help?

Haven't had a rear-armrest RR for a long time (the one I kept is a base-trim '68), but this is what I remember:
The armrest screws go into retainers that snap into the inner quarter panel; if you're intending to screw them through the interior trim panel they'll rip right off. Backside of the interior trim should have locations marked for the holes. The clips are angled as I recall. Best to remove the back seat to get the quarter trim off.

Yep, I thought that the new panels from legendary would had marks on the back of the panels but no. The clips and everything is there in the side for the armrests.
