Anyone have any pictures of a small block engine plate in an A-body, Duster, Demon, Darts?
What kind did you use, is there any out there that are pre fit to go into an A-body with minimal trimming?
Can you use a factory alternator and how would it mount?
Pictures and links to vendors that sell them would be appreciated.

The right side is suppose to be shorter due to the
engine setting to the right... I've used 3 S&W SB
plates and liked them.... some cutting will be needed
I make all my own now days out of 3/8" plate

I made mine and was able to keep alt in factory location.

This is a first attempt that I didnt use. I made a few subtle changes to it, but its basically the same. Obviously the little cutout or halfmoon is where the alt goes. It worked sweet for the 6 years I had it on there.

Brian Smith made mine. (408strokerdart) 3/8" thick and drilled for
a STAR vaccuum pump and tank.

Thanks for the pictures everybody.
Strokerpost that's exactly what I was wanting to see.
I'll check around and see if these guys are still making the plates. They all look nice and sturdy.
