I have found that the bolt that goes in my harmonic balancer is missing. The problem is that the engine in the car has almost certainly been switched at some point. I was hoping that someone in here could tell me what year this engine was made based on the serial number and then what the specs are for the corresponding harmonic balancer.
1. diameter
2. course or fine thread
3. length

The serial number on this slant six engine is
LH41B9B148227

Thanks!

If you get a new one dont get the long one. They are for the thick balancers.I think the last new one I bought was under 10 bucks.Probally have a few around here somewhere.Rocky

I never messed with a /6 besides yanking them out for scrap but your right as rain. No bolt!
