I want to know how many of us have ordered parts were told they ship on such and such date and didnt. I ordered shocks monday 7th was told they would ship in 2 or 3 days. Called them up and now they were finally shipped on the 14th and was told ohh, bye the way you wont get them till the 21st cause we shipped them regular ground. Instead of the 3 day select, so now I am fubared this weekend . John

I said "yes"..but i once i did wait a year ..yes a YEAR! for some wilwood brakes I ordered. But i ordered from a small time dealer..should have known better i guess.

when you live down under it's very common to find your parts took the scenic route thru europe before coming down here. the only way to get things quickly down here is UPS's 3 day service, it takes 6 days & THEN i have to go to the International Airport Customs area to pick them up after they've sent me a card in the post so it's closer to 8 days for the 3 day service. USPS takes 10 days & it's delivered to my door & costs less than half but most US sources for parts will only use UPS. a $50usd part costs me near on $200 of my currency so count yourself lucky. ok rant over

If I order parts its mainly with Summit and I usually
get them in 1 to 2 days but if it comes out of the
western store its 3 days

my last deallings with Summit the package went missing. 30 days later they sent me another package. a week after that Summit said i had to pay for both packages even tho i didn't receive the first one. i told them to stick it, cancelled my card so they couldn't charge me. 4 months later the original package showed up, it had been in Croatia of all places. i e-mailed Summit & advised them about the package showing up late. they never replied so i kept it. summit are good but i'm not 100% happy with them wanting to charge me for something i never got at the time. i use Jegs now, so far all is good.

Sounds like FirmFeel. I ordered my parts 1st week of May, and was promised they would be available June 1st. I'm still waiting. Promise after promise. I spent $3400.00 with them. They act like they do their shipping from their hall closet. I have never been so disappointed. I scheduled a week of vacation so I could install all suspension components under my Charger. Again, I was promised that the remainder of my parts would ship last Friday, they didn't. Got a call on Monday, said they shipped but I would still get them by this Friday, 3rd week of June. Promise, promise, promise. I give up. I will buy my 4 Bilstein shocks elsewhere.
