Anyone know of any clearance problems using this pan in a 1969 GTX, its about two inches deeper then stock and holds a couple more quarts of oil, Thanks

Rear sump oil pans fit just fine if you dont need to STEER the car. The drag link occupies the same space as the sump of truck oil pans.
You need a mid sump car type oil pan. Trying to modify the car to fit around the wrong oil pan is like buying a small hat and then going to get your head shrunk!
Good luck!

you need the matching oil pick up tube for the center sump car pan also

yes the truck pan holds 6 qrts compaired to the 4 or 5 qrt car pans

some car pans are 4 and some are 5

my 88 gran fury car pan was 4 qrts

my 78 car pan was 5 qrts

IIRC anyways

just dont over fill it
