Me. I liked some of the kits I have seen , but it was way cheaper and just as easy to fab my own. I think it is U.S. Autobody that has a set that follows the contours for the underside of the floor pan. I cut into the floor in front of the back seat and used 2X3 tubing from the rear of the transmission cross member to inside the front of the rear sub frame.

The xv ones I used on a challenger took about 8 hours to fit and weld in. They look good when done, but sure was alot of grinding. On my own challenger I'm just taking some square tubing and making my own. The ones mp sales are the easiest to install, they bolt in, but I welded them also on my 69 and 70 runners.

I used 2" X 3" X .125 to make quite a few sets... frame ties and 8 3/4 back braces for a little side money to help pay for parts

I thought I was the only one using round tubing. Cost less than $30, not including the beer.
Here's a pic.

wonder why people use the 2X3 instead of the 2X2?
Because it's much, much stronger.

I have the Competition Engineering bolt in connectors, now welded in. They fit perfectly, I was happy with them.
