Hey Guys, has anyone got a modern paint code for 1970 dodge plum crazy? I have the original PPG ditzler code but my new painter is usuing an RM/BASF system and nothing is cross referencing or coming up for it in the computer other than the new challenger plum crazy...
Thanks Shawn

They have no way to look up FC7?
it doesn't come up in the new system with FC7 or with the original ppg code.

I have a leftover can of PPG Deltron 2000 and it says:
OEM: C7 MFG: CHR/1971/DOD DBC2210# H PLUM POLY
That is what was used on my 70 Challenger. It was painted in 1998.
we tried the 2210 # without any luck...

I have a can of PPG Deltron OEM C7 basecoat from when my engine compartment was painted in 09. Matches the rest of the car that was painted in 05 or 06 perfectly. DBU2210 In Violet Poly Tinting Guide: DBU2210 DMD624 362.6 DBX695 507.7 DMD651 62.4 DMD633 50.4 DMD647 40.3 DMD671 0.7

I'll see if they can do anything with the formula... otherwise I think I'll just get my own ppg paint and bring it to them...
