I used the MP 1 1/8 bore master W/ my Wilwoods. It has a 70/30 split so I didn't bother adding another proportioning valve and it's been great for years.

I would go the 1 1/8 like Bill did.... but I would
install a prop valve if your running slicks or big
rear tires.... the 70/30 was designed for production
size tires(like equal size or close)... once you put
big rears and skinny fronts you dont want the fronts
to take all that load anymore on a hard hit of the
pedal... a prop valve just slows the initial hit then
slowly the pressure equalizes

Just go to a local parts store and get one for a 79 Ramcharger for 40 bucks....That exact same one Wilwood sells for $100

I used the Strange MC on my car and this is the best price I know of. Be sure and select the 1-1/8" bore size.

If you install a Porportioning VV it needs to go in the FRONT if you are running big back tires/slicks and drag fronts.

My car locks up the FRONT wheels first and I do not have a Prop VV.

Can that MC be used straight up or does it need a power booster?

I have the large bore MP 1 1/8th master cylinder on 4 pot wilwoods. I find the pressure needed to stop a little too much for comfort sometimes. Wilwood recommended a smaller bore for more line pressure but you have further pedal travel.

Depends on pedal ratio also... a longer arm from the
pivot makes it easier
