What was your sixty foot time?

And I would get rid of that Edelbrock 750. Edelbrock does make some good carbs but that is NOT one of them. Holley for a race car.

And when you decide to get the right converter, I can promise you that Lenny from Ultimate will make that sucker pick up. Ask me how I know. I also run a 408, first run off the trailer was 11.1 @ 119 from a 11.998 going from a Dynamic to an Ultimate converter from Lenny. I say your converter is way tight. Just my

Wedgeman, talk more about your heads...
What do you mean stock?

No work done on them at all?
If not I doubt you are at the CR you think among other factors.

And I agree with others your stall speed is probably too low. Still not that bad though.

What are the incremental times, What kind of car, how much does it weigh? Not much compression or cam or gear for an 1/8 mile car. If it's a streeet car I'd say it runs pretty good!

How are you launching it?

Those carbs are junk. I would run a T-quad or if I just had to have a new carb I would get a 800 AVS eddy.

Dave, I'm launching at 3000 rpm.. remember street radials here....
BTW.....what are those wheels on your Cuda ? 5x4 ?

The Eddy 800 AVS would perform great ? better than a Holley ?

Gear will help the launch. Cam should be 242@ .050, heads could use porting and larger valve. Intake work, with 1" open spacer and jet up for it.
That's a start...
