today while i was driving normally, the check engine light came on. the car is running fine though.

little back story...i had the car in at the end of april for the battery and cables recall. the car ran fine for a few weeks after that until one day i went to start the car and it wouldnt crank over. the battery wasnt completely dead, but i didnt leave anything on to drain it. i ended up jumping it with jump pack.

drove it for almost an hour, shut it off and tried to start it right back up and it wouldnt crank again. it wouldnt even jumpstart. took the battery to advanced to have them check it and it was a bad battery.

my dealer let me exchange the battery for a new one and i installed it myself last week. drove the car a few times and the only lights to come on was the ABS/BAS and traction control lights which went out after a while on their own.

then today, the check engine light came on. i did the key trick and it displayed 0171 for left bank lean.

i worry a lot! i cant get to the dealer until next tuesday, should i not drive it?

the car only has 3700 miles on it and is bone stock.

Wow. I have same car/mileage. Had the battery RRT done too. Let us know. Did you check on Challengertalk for advice?

check to see if they knocked off a vacumn hose or the breather connections are loose?
