Does the drag link connect under the headers or thru; old headers was thru on drivers side but new tti looks like it will be under. forgot to say 72 duster

On my 440/4 speed 73 Duster it goes underneath the 1 3/4 TTI headers. Not clear on your engine.Check the TTI website. Dave

I am guessing that you are running a small block?
The TTI headers fit above the steering linkage in all apps from 67-76. It may be helpful to remove the drag link during the header install anyways, just for added room.

You have to remove the drag link to get the passengers side header in. And yes all the tubes run above the steering linkage. I had to push my engine back 1/4" to get good steering linkage clearance.
