I am putting the finishing touches on my 70 Coronet RT and would appreciate any tips on installing, reforming, repop wheelwell mouldings. The plastic wrapper on them states they are "authentic Mopar restoration mouldings". Problem is, they seem to be a rather "crude stamping", as the bottom front edge on the rear set does not have the correct bend. I am sure there are others out there that have some tips on how to rework, bend these so they fit the wheel lip correctly. I hate to shell out another $300.00 by cracking or breaking them. Thanks for any and all replies!

Probably not what you want to hear, but I put NOS Mopar ones on my 70 GTX, and they may as well have been for a Buick for how easy they were to fit! Good luck! Some masking tape around your fender edges might be an idea for the first few attempts!

My dad and I installed a set of re-pop mouldings on my Dart. They did not fit well at all my suggestion is to have another set of capable hands and a lot of patience. We started attaching them from one side and worked it all the way around to the other. I had to do some minor trimming on the bottom of the fronts because they were to long. It was a process but looks good now that they are on.
