Who's running them? Upgrading the '72 Sat-a-lot (3,700 lbs) with a BB drivetrain. Suspension mods will be hemi (1") torsion bars, factory front sway bar, AFCO 20231 XHD springs, ADDCO rear swaybar (don't know the diameter).
I met an engineer at a sister company the other day who used to work for AFCO racing products (fancy that!). When I asked him about shocks, he said how much can you spend and what do you want to do with the car. Anyway, he recommenede KONIs as a good-all-around shock, better than KYBs.
Anybody offer any input? Good, bad, otherwise?

I'm not sure that you can even find Koni shocks for that application. Best shocks that are actually available would probably be the Bilsteins. Call Firm Feel and see what they can get for you. www.firmfeel.com

Konis are available, but they are not exactly designed for Mopars. You may have to change the sleeve at the lower end, that mounts to the Bolt of the Shockplate. And they are maybe to short and you have to add shockextensions. Depending on your application. Apart from that, they are excellent and very popular over here. http://server3.gs-shop.de/200/cgi-bin/shop.dll?AnbieterID=5140&Seite=frameset.htm&PKEY=329FType in Koni under "Suchbegriff" and scroll down. Well crap. I read on here that the KYBs were really good and bought a gas-a-just set for the rear of my '73 to replace the existing air shocks. Haven't bought the front set yet.
