Just wondering about changing plugs in the truck - NGK or ?

I've heard that NGK are recommended in the the old motors, anybody tried them in a new one? What about mileage and performance?

My kid changed the ones in his 04 Ram.He put in Champion Platinums. It picked up about 1/2 mpg.The factory Champions had like 29K when he did it.Been in for 25K and no problesm at all.Rocky

I only ever run NGK in anything myself But its what flavor you like best mostly. I'd put in NGK Iridiums myself (assuming they were made in the proper heat range).
