SixBBL69Boy OP enthusiast Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 393 Columbus, OH	I need help identifying the cam in my dads motor. there is no numbers on the ends of the shaft. Only thing I can see is the purple/blue end, and a purple stripe by the lobes. The cast numbers by the lobes is SCH 7658 if that helps. Was always told was a 509 cam. Mike the cam & subtract the base circle from the lobe height to get the lift and see if it's .339". live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
