How well do the repo hemi exhaust manifolds flow? I posted the other day about tti fitment and got a couple scary replys, don't want to get the hammer after a big $ set of headers. My combo is 528" ,world block, stage v replacement heads, factory inline intake dual eddy's, manual trans,e body. This is a street car. The cam has yet to be picked most likely a large hydraulic. Is there only one producer of the repo manifolds if more than one wich are better. ready to buy exhaust soon. I have seen mr Dudek does very well with manifolds.

I don't know about the manifolds, and I missed your other post, but, I am running a crate 528 Hemi using the Schumacher mounts for a regular V8 K member in a 69 Satellite. I ordered the 2-1/8" TTI headers w/ 3-1/2 collectors. They fit like a glove, no dents, no dings, almost no cussing! I have power steering and I thought it would be an issue but it was not. Thats my experience with TTI.

Thanks for the reply.I am still undecided as to use manifolds or the tti headers. sounds like yours fit great. My car is a 70 Challenger vert with small block auto on the floor and power steering. I have already put a firm feel steering box in but it is getting a 528 and manual trans I am down to the last few pieces to convert it. I have a hemi k member and mounts from mega parts, and pullys brackets for alt, ps etc from bouchillion I'm hopeing all this stuff goes together with minimal headaches. I know headers can be a pain and was wondering if the manifods would hurt the hp too bad or fit easier.

I'm planning on running the repop manifolds on my car when I install the stroker Hemi. I'm planning on doing a little smoothing of the insides of them.
One is pretty smooth inside, but the other is kinda rough.
I bought them on ebag. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290404745628

I thought about headers, but I'm not worried about getting every bit of HP out of it.
I figured that if the guys running the FAST class can make them work they should work fine for me on the street.

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

If you are using the Stage V replacment heads with factory manifolds you will have to match port then to the heads and or elongate the bolt holes to lift the manifolds up as it seems the exhaust ports are slighty higer on the Stage V heads. FWIW the manifolds line up near perfect with the new Mopar/Edelbrock heads.I have included a pic of an unported manifold and one to suit Stage V replacment heads

Note, We had to elongate the bolt holes as well to get the manifold high enough to match the port!
