I don't have SS springs in mine. I do however have composite (fiberglass) springs for a B-body. I just made some longer front hangers from my factory hangers. They only needed to be 2" longer if I remember right. One thing though, the B-body springs are narrower than the F-body springs by like 1/8" or so.

Mopar performance P4120081 , lists for 76 -80 F-body, 80 -83 J -body, 77 -78 M - body. I used them with E -body S/S springs in an 81 diplomat M -body, don't have the car now. Not sure on the length. Requires fuel line modifications.
Thats what I got to use, E-body SS springs. Looks like its Mopar Performance P4120081 . I was told else where they are 7 5/8's inches long. A 79 Volare parts car I stripped out this weekend had a set of extended front hangars on it and I wondered if they were the ones I need. Looks like the guy used the springs from the car he got the 8 3/4 out of, I'd assume anyhow. So to see if they are the right ones they should be 4" longer than the stock front hangars I guess since Andy said the front sections on the F-body is 24" versus the 20" of all SS springs. Anybody got a link to the Mopar chart that shows all the spring section lengths with the F-body dimensions too?
