Yesterday Keith dropped off my new 904 that is part of the back-up plan for the Daytona. Small block trans set up for my Griner brake. IF I can't get the Slant motor to do what I want, my 340 will be put in.

We managed to keep the front end of the chassis so that the small block will still fit just by changing a couple down tubes.

Thanks again Keith!

Your welcome Dennis.
Congrats on the good start this year. I see you are in fourth place in the street class at RT66.
Keep up the good racing..

I think you should put a big block and I have just the trans for you.. The old trans that came out of my challenger.. John Cope built a MONSTER trans for me and the "572" and my old trans will fit JUST FINE behind your "new bigblock".. I drilled out the dowel pins to .500 ,,, so,, you need to install a NEW CASE,, but,, I'll throw that NEW CASE in with the deal.... You could have KEITH transfer all that stuff over for you ( and freshen it up whils he's in there)....

I know you break lots of stuff.

You're like me. If you were scared to break it, you'd take up golf.
