Hemmings Muscle Machines magazine had an article about six months ago with a guy who rebuilds stock radios and also wires in MP3 adapters while maintaining totally stock appearance. GREAT IDEA!

NO SUBSCRIPTION !!!??? Man! This is one of the best magazines I've ever read. Sure, they cover MORE than our beloved Mopars, but don't look at that as a bad thing.

Do you actually do this work? A couple of years ago I sent you an email TWICE asking about these mods and never got an answer. I assumed since I never heard from you that you were only doing original type repairs.

You can turn any of these old radios (AM) into AM/FMs without changing the appearance of the radio. It utilizes the original controls in different ways to allow all functions. I have been told that the replacement "board" manufacturer that does this provides it to all the people that offer this service. It allows for extra speacker jacks, aux. amps, and external inputs. The going price for this service is around $495.
