Side. The nice stain on the floor is from a ruptured fuel pump diaphram! Should have seen how fast this old man ran to shut it off!!

My 80 stepside is the same color. That is a pretty truck. I'm digging the LWB too. NICE!

RED79, that is a beautiful truck, from ALL angles!!! Well done, sir!
Do you have a build thread on it somewhere? I really love how you did the cab. The dash and instrument panel are great, and I like your console setup on the tranny hump. This is something I have been thinking of for my '76 Ramcharger. Was your dash board and glove box in that good a shape, or did you dye or paint it?
Thank you,
Joe Cruse
Sorry, I don't have any pic of the truck as I was building it. I bought this truck new in 79 and used it as my driver for about 100,000 mi. before starting to make the changes. The original interior color was brown, so I stripped it out and painted all the metal areas. The plastic interior parts are recolored with PPG plastic paint. The gauge panel is made from .070 aluminum and a lot more tedious filing and fitting than I care to remember Same thing for the console only times TWO Thanks everyone for the kind words, it makes it all worth it.

My beast, van control arms on the front, Chevy shackles on the rear along with rearched springs. Rides awesome.
Very nice truck. I like the ride height you have, and love the step side.
