I know headlight decals are common and easy to get but what about turn signal decals? Does anyone know of a place that sells turn signal decals for the front end of a car?

No...but if you take high quality (300 dpi) pictures of a stock set and include all dimensions I can make you sets of them. The trick is measuring to the center of the turn signal from the ground...then making the camera lens the exact same height as the lens for a true straight on shot.
