What is the name of the plate that the cams for front wheel alignment ride on? The plates have two 90 degree bends at each end, a slotted hole, and the bolts for the upper control arms run through them. One of mine was cut by a previous owner for some obviously stupid reason and I am trying to see if I can get one new.

I don't know the name but I'm pretty sure no one makes/repro that peice that welds into the shock tower assy. I'd think the closest you'd get is an whole NOS shock tower assy.

Look to welding and fabricating a piece to replace that.

OR finding that piece good used. Then seperating it from the used shock tower and replacing yours.

Seems like you could get someone at one of the Mopar yards to cut one of those off a junk car and sell it to you.

What year, what car? I've got a good pair from an A-body that I salvaged the inner fenderwells from.

I had a cam spin on me while I was disassembaling my front end it broke that 90 due to rusted metal so I welded in a piece of key stock, it works well. Ed

How thick is the sheet metal for that plate? I forgot to measure it last night but if i new the thickness I could get a piece of key stock or sheet stock while I am at work today.
