As long as you already have the adjustble rocker gear, and considering your goals are pretty serious for a street car (11 second street cars don't happen by accident), I'd go with a solid. Something that has an aggressive profile in the 250 degree range, The MP .557 is an old standbye that still works today.
Also, ditch the 1-5/8" headers. You're giving back a good portion of the HP the Stealth heads are bringing to the table right there. Heck, for $100, the summit ones are at least 1-3/4".
Definately the 850, and though I don't have any experience with either manifold, I'd lean towards the torker for your application.
There's plenty left here that we don't know, but this sounds like a good start in the right direction.

My 63 is close to your build. Its a .030 over 440 (446) with stock bottom end and KB quench pad pistons. 906 heads that come in right at 10.0 comp and good quench so it runs on 92 pump. I did the port work on the 906 heads myself. Holley Street Dominator intake with an 850 DP. Hedman 1-3/4 headers with 3" exh and Dyno-Max mufflers. I went with the MP solid .557 cam as I got it real cheap and Isky iron rockers. But I like the .557 alot for my street/strip car. I drive it alot on the street and race it a few times a year. I have a Dynamic 9.5 converter that will flash about 4200 and I use 4.30's with 30 x 9 tires. I have frame connectors and a 6 point rollbar and it weighs just over 3700 lbs with me in the car. Best et is 11.49 @ 116. Sounds like you will be a few hundred lbs lighter then me which would put you in the 11.20 to 11.30 area with the same combo. You also have better heads. If I were you I would use the Performer RPM intake if it fits under your hood. If not the Holley Street Dominator I run is a great street/strip intake for standard ports as is the M1. I thought my 1-3/4 header tubes were small as I never knew they even made 1-5/8 tubes for bigblocks. Good luck with it as it sounds like a real nice combo. Ron

That looks like a low 12 second combo at best.
I would rethink your combo before ordering a cam.

Guessing you want a solid FT cam...and the heads are not ported I'd run 260@ .050 on a 107lca and advance it 5°. Lift would be around .570.

1. Sell both intakes and buy a Holley SD. 2. Use the 850 carb. 3. Solid lifter Cam: approx 260@.050 - .550+ lift 4. 1 7/8 headers 5. 9 1/2" converter 6. with the small wheel wells on this body style, I think converter, suspension and tire choices are going to be critical to meet your target. 7. Will your track allow you to go low 11's without at least a 6pt roll bar and other expensive safety equipment? If not then it might be more realistic to shoot for mid - high 11's.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

Most everybody likes a cam in the 260 @ .050 range, over .570 lift, and I agree. 1 7/8 headers, 850, single plane, and a very good 9.5 inch converter is needed. A well built converter will stall over 4000, but don't let it worry you, it will be tight enough for the street . You need the higher stall to make the car work. Set this up properly, and it will go low elevens. If you go faster than 11.49, you can figure out what to do at that point. Don't build it worrying about it being too fast, you may regret that.

Thank all of you for your time and replys. Sorry about the Header mistake. They are Dynomax 1 3/4 X 3" Headers. Low 11's are just a time to shoot for. If I end up running high 11's I would be tickled. It looks as if I should change Intake while I at it. All opinions are appreciated.

That should be a bottom 11 second combo, with more converter. Id go at least 4500 flash, if it were me. As far as intake, a buddy went from a Torker to a SD and didnt pick up squat. My combo is close to yours except 452s, more converter, and Im 350 lbs heavier. I too like a cam in the 260 range for your combo. My cam is 259 @.050 and pulls like a muther to 6500. BTW, get with Dwayne Porter on the board and have him grind you a cam!!
