puts out.the high pressure hose on my truck
cracked,and is leaking.would like to put a
new hose on it,myself.to save some $$$$.
the truck is a 1976 dodge d200 crew cab.
with a 440 in it.

you can change the hose yourself. just make sure it's a high pressure hose and not fuel line or something like it. in other words,
the pressure is enough that it does require a high pressure hose.

Pressure depends on the application but it`s anywhere fron 900 to 1200 psi. Probably 1000 to 1100 in your truck. Get the correct hose.
