Looks like the EPA may add nitro to the Toxic Release Inventory. Wonder how that may affect the fuel racers.

Probably about the same as it effected leaded race fuel when lead and lead compounds were put on the TRI.

TRI is mainly for point source emissions from facilities and waste streams.
